Spurge -Worldwide distribution. Incredibly diverse group of plants. They have striking forms with interesting leaf and flower colors. Some have thorns like a cactus or thickened stems like a succulent. Many possess a milky, usually caustic sap that can cause a mild skin irritation. Be very careful to not rub in or around the eyes.

Fescue -Hardy evergreen ornamental grasses popular for their fine textured foliage. Used as an accent plant in pots or planted in masses. Often grown for the grey foliage.
Galvezia
Island Snapdragon -Native of rocky dry soils on the Channel Islands just off the California coast. Attractive summer blooming shrub with clear red snapdragon-like flowers.

Cranesbill -Cranesbills are generally hardy, long lived perennials with a wide range of forms, foliage textures and flower colors. An increasingly popular group. We have enjoyed collecting the many varieties that have recently become available.
Helianthemum
Sunrose -The following nummularium hybrids are low growing, trailing plants. They are ideal tumbling over rocks or cascading down walls. When treated to full sun and well-drained soil they bloom hard, spring into summer. Green foliage varieties perform best at the coast, grey can recieve full sun inland.
Helichrysum
Everlasting -Diverse group of annuals, perennials and shrubs that are generally found on dry, sunny locations. They are characterized by their wooly or hairy stems or leaves and the everlasting quality of the flowers.
