Shipping Information

We are shipping via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.

Shipping rates are 30% of your order.

There is a $25 minimum order requirement which includes the shipping/handling fee. A minimum shipping/handling fee of $12.00 will apply in all cases.

All plants are shipped in 3 inch pots unless otherwise indicated.

Please unpack and water all plants as soon as possible. Any damage or problems with shipment must be reported within 72 hrs for full credit.

Guarantee

We guarantee our plants to be healthy, correctly named, quality specimens, when they are packed and shipped for delivery. Should there be any problem with their condition upon receipt of delivery, please notify us immediately. We will address any and all problems. If you are unhappy for any reason regarding the quality of the plants or their condition, we will refund your money.*
